It is a tour where you can learn Japanese mass culture “Sento (public bath)” . Mr. Maruoka used to be a receptionist at a public bath which had been loved by local people in Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa era.  Now he is a professional public bath advisor and guide you to two types of public bath: a traditional Sento (public bath) and a modern Sento. You can feel the difference by yourself.  The guide also explains about a history of public bath and special equipment used in Sento.  Upon request, you can experience bathing as well.

Mizukiyu

Shigeru Mizuki, a manga artist best known for his comedy horror manga series “GeGeGe no Kitaro” used to go there. Yumoto Natural hot spring “Asahi Onsen”
